Anders Dinsen Anders Dinsen drives organizational learning and development through testing. He works in agile, waterfall, and hybrid contexts in Copenhagen, Denmark. Anders is Danish, critically minded, educated, and enjoys the short power-distances part of Danish organizational culture as it enables him to influence people with power. He is an experienced tester, test manager, leader, facilitator, conference speaker, panelist, coach, and local testing-meetup organizer. He is also the father of four sons aged 14-22 and married to Marianne on their 25th year.
